Microsoft OneDrive API Issue - Effecting OneDrive Backup Protection

We have been made aware of an issue with Microsoft OneDrive Backups caused by the Microsoft OneDrive Backup API. Microsoft are currently investigating and a fix will be forthcoming however no ETA for resolution has been provided at this time. This issue will impact all Customers performing Microsoft OneDrive Backups.

Impact: ORIIUM M365 Onedrive Protect Customers – A number of customers are experiencing issues protecting a proportion of their Onedrive files. Microsoft have confirmed this is due to an issue with their API and are working on a resolution.

Impact Level: A number of OneDrive files are failing to be protected.

ORIIUM DR as a Service utilises specific locations (single site) or multiple locations (geo-resilient) dependent on the service type consumed. Customers will not be required to take any action during or after this maintenance. To prevent issues following the maintenance, DR replication will be temporarily paused until this work has been completed. The window will be kept to a minimum so as to minimise service disruption.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
